The staff were all caring and kind. Only the catering staff made lots of mistakes.
NB
I had wanted to leave by 1 o clock but the pharmacist made this sound so difficult that I had to confirm a taxi and cancel my friend, I would have liked to have done the journey with a friend and also not pay so much.

Other than a short delay when checking in and not great food (not fresh and hot) my care and the facilities were excellent.
